Our on-line ordering system is very secure. Your credit card transaction is protected through our secure server, the adopted standard for processing secure credit card transactions through the internet. Only authorized personnel at Baby Emporio will receive your credit card information. For added security, once your order has been completed, your credit card info will be destroyed.

Being consumers ourselves, the issue of Privacy Protection is very important to us at Baby Emporio. Your private information is never sold or shared with an outside company or other third party.

4. Do you have off-line ordering options?
Yes, you can call us at 1-916-801-6444 Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Standard time. If after hours, please leave a detailed message, we will return your call by the end of the next business day.
5. What methods of payment do you accept?
Online, we accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa. Phone orders: credit or debit cards only: call 1-916-801-6444. Sorry, no C.O.D orders or foreign credit cards can be accepted.
6. How do I know Baby Emporio received my order?
You will receive an e-mail within 1 hour confirming receipt of your online order. If you do not receive an email, please double check the email address you entered, or contact us at 1-916-801-6444
7. When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. Sometimes the charge is denied, most often due to an incorrect billing address or other typographical error. If such is the case please re-enter the order with the correct billing information, or submit the order as is. When we see the denied charge we will contact you. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact us by e-mail or call us at 1-916-801-6444 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, PST.
8. What if an item I am ordering is out of stock?
This is a rare occurrence, but we will notify you within 24 business hours of the estimated length of time before the item will be back in stock. You can then opt to backorder the item, re-order later, change or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel we will issue a refund right away.
9. When does my order ship?
Most items will be ship within 2 business days by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the items. If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified. Once your item ships, we will email you the method of shipment and your tracking number. Drop ship orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
10. What shipping methods do you use?
We use Fed-Ex Ground for larger orders and USPS Priority mail for most orders within the Continental US and to APO/FPO addresses, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico.
11. How long before my order arrives?
Fed-Ex Ground takes approximately 5 business days. USPS takes about 3 business days. If you would like to receive your items sooner we can arrange for quicker delivery in most cases. Please contact us at by e-mail or phone 916-801-6444 Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm PST to inquire. Orders that ship to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, such as Guam and Puerto Rico can take from 4-8 weeks. 13. Do you ship internationally?
We can, please contact us by email: clasina@babyemporio.com for shipping quote and payment instructions. We do ship to APO military addresses and all 50 states within the US, as well as US territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico. Please click on the world map on our home page for international stores or websites that carry our merchandise. Not all stores will carry our full line.
14. Will you ship to a different mailing address?
Our order form will guide you easily through this process. However, we can only ship to one address per order. If you have multiple addresses to ship to, it will have to be processed as a separate, new order.
15. Do you charge sales tax?
Baby Emporio’s Headquarters is located in California, therefore California residents orders or California bound orders will automatically be charged a 7.25% sales tax.
GIFT SERVICES
16. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Please indicate if you'd like us to wrap it for a baby, boy, gender neutral or for Christmas. We will even include a gift card with a short gift message. Just type your gift message into the comments box. There are no refunds on gift wrapping.
RETURNS / EXHANGES & GUARANTEES
17. What is your product guarantee?
Your satisfaction with the item you purchased is most important to us. After all, we would like you to keep coming back! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 21 days and we will exchange it, or issue a refund for the purchase amount (less shipping & handling). A return authorization is required. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on personalized items. The Manufacturer of the My Perfect Memory books charges a 20% restocking fee that unfortunately we need to pass this on to our customers. This only applies to the purchase of My Perfect Memory Books and supplies.
18. How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact us by e-mail or call 1-916-801-6444 Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time and request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please place the return item in its original shipping package. Inside your package please include your order number, name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and the reason for exchange/refund. Returned items must be in the original packaging, with tags attached if applicable and unused, unsoiled and undamaged and it must received within 21 days of purchase. If the above conditions are met we will cheerfully issue a refund or exchange. If item was drop shipped to you by the manufacturer, you need to contact Baby Emporio for a return authorization number, and you will need to return the item to the manufacturer. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on personalized items and no refunds for gift wrap.

We highly recommend that you get a tracking number and insure the return shipment to protect you in case the item gets damaged or lost in the mail. Baby Emporio cannot be responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail. All sales are final after 21 days. If a free gift with purchase was included with your order, the free item will need to be returned, unused, with the other items returned. If not returned, Baby Emporio will charge the customer for the value of the item.
